Just getting started
I think the title says it all--I will be considering whether or not to get a tattoo. I've been thinking about it for a few years now. I'll post more after I do some of the course reading.......

I've pondered the same question myself--still have yet to commit, if ever! I look forward to your "journey" to see if you ponder the same issues as I do. I thought about getting a tattoo to commemorate my graduation from Library School- very "anti-Marian the Librarian" don't you think?

Mary, I too have considered getting a tatoo..too conservative I have decided, or am I too cheap? If I spend the money I want people to see it, but not sure it makes the right impression at parent-teacher conferences. I was recently inspired again when I saw my sister-in-law getting off an all night flight with fresh makeup. Come to find out, her eyeliner and lipstick were permanent; I now think of her every morning as I take the time to apply the Mary Kay. The Allen County Public Library is having an informational program on exactly your topic. Perhaps they may have something to offer: http://www.acpl.lib.in.us.
